Scribbles 4: End of June

Again, practice work. Trying to study facial anatomy. I think I've learnt a bit more since this drawing. Maybe I'm not a lot better, but I'll get there Any critique, comments or suggestions are welcome. I don't mind compliments either

Gosh! I really wish some one would guide me with the colouring too! How do I make it look more dynamic and wholesome?? I have sooo many questions!!!
